Swift Tool seeks to fill both INSIDE & OUTSIDE SALES positions to support our Kent and Seattle locations. These positions require substantial knowledge of industrial cutting tools, abrasives, precision measuring instruments, lubricants and coolant as well as milling, lathe and drilling processes. Previous industrial sales experience is preferred, customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile are key to your success with our company. You'll enjoy customer contact both in person and over the phone, present yourself in a business-casual manner and have excellent phone and customer service skills. Working with customers and vendors, organizing stock and researching orders are also some of the tasks for this position.
You’ll set your own appointments, drive sales, find new customers and work with our internal sales and technical support staff. Being the face of our company, you’re available to customers, follow up to make them feel highly valued and ensure their confidence both in you and our company.
These are full time positions Monday through Friday generally from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Salary for each position depends on your skills and experience, there is also substantial bonuses based on level of sales. For OUTSIDE sales, your package also includes a vehicle allowance and reimbursement of expenses. All positions include full company benefits after 90 days.
